Spatial · MERFISH
Cells with 3D positions. Tasks 2 and 3 are scored on these.
Wild-type series
Perturbation
A knockout, not a stage in the wild-type series — it sits at the same age as one of them but is a different embryo.
Dissociated · Multiome RNA
Whole-transcriptome, no positions — 32,285 genes against the panels' 500. Task 1 trains on these.
These are the training stages. The stages the competition holds back — the ones a submission is scored against — are not published and do not appear in the atlas. At the final test phase the validation stages are released with their answers, and will appear here when they are.
